Speak so that the earth, trees and other living beings around you can hear and witness your intentions. Speak from the heart.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>thought for the day:<\/strong> Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself\u00a0 to the influence of each. Let them be your only diet, drink and botanical medicines. Be blown on by all the winds.
