In this chakra we may experience difficulties with creativity, sexuality, frustration, addictions, anger, low self esteem issues, and difficulties accepting change.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Gemstones<\/strong> to balance the second chakra are carnelian, orange calcite, fire opal or tangerine quartz.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The mantra<\/strong> related to this chakra is &#8220;Vam&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Affirmation<\/strong> &#8211; I embrace life.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aromatherapy Oils <\/strong> &#8211; Ylang Ylang, sandalwood, clary sage, or fennel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chakra Balancing Strategies <\/strong>&#8211; Movement, Dancing, boundary work, inner child work, creativity exercises.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Third Chakra<\/strong> &#8211; located at the base of the rib cage in the upper abdomen, the <span style=\"color: #f3c40b;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Solar Plexus Chakra<\/strong><\/span> <\/span> is the ego and power center and relates to will power, how we define ourselves, and emotional expression.
