  • Bring fresh flowers into your home.
  • Listen to music that elevates your spirits.
  • Read spiritual literature or inspirational literature that inspires you.
  • Seek out the company of people in whose presence you feel more elevated.
  • Spend some time in nature.
  • Take long walks in nature.
  • Be here now … eyes open, present, and responsive.
  • Be kind to yourself.
